Aside from the "spooky" Day-Oh I don't see any warning signs it's complete garbage.
Hopefully Tim Burton and company can deliver a worthy sequel. I'm not holding my breath though.

Skeptical myself, but I read a blurb where Michael Keaton just saw an early cut and was amazed. Hopefully will be decent.
I am definitely a Michael Keaton fan. Dopesick had no right to be that compelling.
Just reading the Wikipedia about it. It canβt be any worse than the originally planned sequel:
Beetlejuice Goes Hawaiian

Just when I was wondering if this would use the funeral to take a hard right into Weekend At Berniejuices.
Keaton has always been amazing. But after seeing him reprise OG Batman in The Flash, Iβm not sure I want to see him reprise another of his iconic 80s roles.

I feel like this has to be a joke, I think they did it on purpose
I hope it's a joke because it made me laugh hard. Definitely felt like a spoof on recent horror trailers
it really is the perfect song for this joke, even if it wasn't in the first movie it'd still be funny, but considering it was such an iconic scene makes it even better lol
I fear you're giving them too much credit.
Just an FYI, you won't be seeing Jeffery Jones in this film. I knew he did something a while back and I double checked, arrested for child pornography.
He was actually in Sleepy Hollow (another Burton film) after that happened. But that was the 90s. I doubt anyone wants anything to do with him in 2024.
