I finally figured out how to track window velocity, so I used user32.dll to forcefully unclick my mouse and shatter the UI as a "punishment". in c/programmer_humor@programming.dev

Its applied to new users and disabled once we are sure they arent going to spam abuse images. It is aggressive, it does suck that we have to do this. We dont like it either.
