Citizen for sure. More versatile and it’s completely striking
I slightly prefer the seiko but both of these are very good choices. More about the style preference. You can easily have both of these in a collection
Probably buying too quickly. I would say you should have a watch on your radar for at least a couple months before buying. Secondarily, pay attention to size!!

Cartier santos medium: I’d say pretty likely. I can definitely get it if I prioritize it in the future
I definitely second this! I have experience with all of them and I’d say Lorier and Traska are terrific. Baltic also nice. Brew is not quite as high quality but they’re a bit cheaper and very neat designs
Serica field watch! They even just updated it to automatic, but have a manual. Really gorgeous
