Whenever stuff like this comes out I wonder how the player feels. Are they like hell ya my org loves me and values me or are they like god damnit I have to sit through a fucking rebuild instead of play in the playoffs.

Dez didn’t catch it. Just because a rule was changed later doesn’t retroactively apply those rules to previous plays. He didn’t catch it by the rules of the game at the time and therefore didn’t catch it.
Hopefully it’s nothing big and just a small case of him sexually assaulting 30 separate women.
