Power supply and case I've always bought new. Everything else has been 100% used enterprise parts off eBay, or used hand-me-downs from my gaming rig. No issues in 15 years doing this.

You're going to get a bunch of "amp/DAC don't matter!!!!" replies here. I'd suggest going to an actual headphone forum like head-fi or SBAF and using the search feature there.
Furthermore, you really need to post a budget. Are you looking to spend $200 or $20,000?
I always shop with specific model numbers I'm looking for based on research.
