Nvidia said they ended support for gamestream but haven't removed it from GeForce experience yet.

One of my favorite things about the DS family was its pick up and play nature. Sure not every game would let you save and quit, but you could just shut the lid and come back later and everything will still be right where you left it.
I didn't hear that. I knew it was bad but seeing the numbers are even worse. He's such an idiot.
The only reason I got my flagship Sony Xperia is because it still had a headphone jack, sd slot, and no notch. It was expensive but everything I wanted. Last phone was an iPhone 6s. I wish there was cheaper options honestly for what I'm looking for but those 3 combinations don't seem to exist other than Sony.
They delete your photos if they're unaccessed by the uploader after a year unfortunately. Ask me how I found out :(
Yeah, it's refreshing to see how quickly Lemmy is able to load. I used to just barely load the reddit mobile site and launch in infinity, but now I'm gonna do my scrolling on Lemmy. I'm sure it will be healthier without so much doom. Watching so many social medias burn is kinda entertaining.
The worst part of that is reddit is the only way to get good Google results anymore. I'm concerned about how bad google search will be.
Yeah I first joined lemmy.ml but learned about how they do this so I switched here. I think the community is better here anyways
It's not my favorite but I can see the passion of the dev in my app. It's not fair to discount the whole thing because you think it sucks.
I feel like if discord just did a better job of explaining it, then there wouldn't be any problem. I've heard it's a problem for content creators as well because they could remain semi anonymous by being pewdiepie#6381 but now they have to be @pewdiepie and actively claim that or else it sells on markets for thousands. That's another problem, now username sellers will be a thing, when they weren't before. Personally I'm kind of upset by this change. If it was about the weird ASCII characters people have in their names, why not restrict it. Most people don't have them so they would be unaffected.
