I think Chet has obviously been better, but +/- is a team stat not an individual stat.

Your friendly reminder that Landry Shamet recorded a 39.5" max vert at the combine, which was higher than Russell Westbrook's.
Although Russ's 35" vert does seem way too low, either way Shamet is truly sneaky athletic.
