I think I would maybe try hiring a GM first and let BB focus purely on coaching. His drafting isn't exactly amazing, and he hasn't hit on a ton of really good FAs lately. It's clear that his coaching isn't the problem, in my opinion.
Now the Pacers have both
Pacers are gonna be a fun League pass watch this year for non-Pacer fans.
If they have an offer that involves any kind of draft compensation higher than a 5th then they should just pull the trigger.
I imagine the Colts will likely stand pat, maybe target some CB depth since they're pretty thin at that position. Its pretty unlikely that they make the playoffs, but I think they like their team overall once Richardson comes back next year. Need to upgrade at WR2, CB, and it would be nice to have a better TE. I'll be interested to see how they finish the season, if they're bad enough to get Marvin Harrison Jr they have to go after him.
