That's how I felt about the Bengals, lol. Niners were one of the only teams this year who got them with a fully healthy Burrow.

He's giving the requisite coach speak. If he did any differently people would bag on him for being a terrible HC and throwing his players under the bus.
I mean, what are they supposed to do/say at this point? All of their healthy QBs are booty cheeks, and at this point there's no one they can go get. He can't say that though, that's being a bad HC, so he tries to build up the guys he's got. There's no way he doesn't know they're all bad.
Especially considering their defense got gutted by big injuries early in the season. There's a difference between wasting a season and suffering bad luck.
