I started my career as a marketing manager, then Human Resources manager, then became self-employed as a corporate trainer, speaker and now I’m an executive coach. With each career change, I became more and more satisfied so now I’m super happy with the work I do.

Looking back at my own path, as well as that of my clients who feel lost, continue doing what you’re doing.

Explore business ideas that incorporate your core values, interests, skills/knowledge/experience, and see if there is market demand.

Clarify who you want to serve, what problems you solve for them, and the transformation you provide with your products/services.

At this stage, it is critical for her to work on marketing her business and sales skills. She can look into joining a local chapter of Business Networking International, where members are typically other small business owners who are committed to help each other.
