I am not dismissing Kamala Harris here but the Democrats could have pitted a cold cut sandwich against Trump and the race would be just as tight. This is a race between fascism and not.

I don't have a title per se, but I can say that I work with information security and vast amounts of data. I have ADHD so doing "mindless" things like quipping on Lemmy, sudoku and word search puzzles helps me think. It is also why I often comment with images. So I might be commenting or shitposting, but in the back of my head I am thinking about how to restructure a query so that it will return in seconds rather than minutes.
EDIT: It is also why most comments are edited. I comment now and return to spell/grammar check later (if at all).

Abolish tipping. Make "gratuity" transactions illegal under IRS code so that the only way to "tip" is in cash. Overnight, the tipped staff will quit and the owners will be forced to pay a proper wage if they want to hire anyone.
Sometimes my company manages a project so well that we hit a performance bonus. I split that bonus amongst the members of that specific team, including prior contributors. I do not lower their salaries by twenty percent and expect the client's bonus to offset the lower salary. If that would be craY for me to do, why isn't it for restaurants.?
