As a former DQ regular (one of my favorite treats as I drove cross-country) I can say that the one on the left is definitely very short. Like, "I want my money back" full Karen "I want to speak to the manager" short.

I would report the DQ on the left to corporate. Fast food franchises have standards they meed to follow in order to not damage the brand. The franchise owner will absolutely get spanked for that.

They mainly punch down and would never risk their own enjoyment. My wife and I are bi, but also dangerously close to being eligible to buy at The Villages (55+ only town). Plenty of those old MAGA hypocrites are down for a bi couples swap on a Saturday night and be at their megachurch on Sunday. LGB is all good with them, as long as they can't marry. If I was trans or a woman that doesn't want to have children, or had trans kids or a daughter, I'd be planning my exit.
