You use the word Fediverse at all. I was at a redditish meetup and someone said it, and I immediately pegged them as both a Mastodon user and in IT.

Threads now has native GIF support, Glitch/Misskey/Firefish has emoji reactions. Masto should have both! in c/mastodon

So Threads hasn't even started federating yet, but they're already up to the second E in "Embrace, Extend, Extinguish"?
