I guess whoever wrote this list watched his last game last season because that list doesn’t make sense.

I agree him not being a 2-way star but i don’t think its just about being athletic and tall. He was quite good at on ball defense when he came onto the league and i think people just assume thats gonna stick and off ball part will come along as he matured.
But then off ball part didn’t come along and as his offensive responsibilities increased he regressed on ball part too.
I agree with your main point but i think you need to point out their sample sizes too if you are actually want to discuss it level headedly
For example, according to the link you posted, there is no meaningful change in his shot quality with or without Tre Jones, he gets assisted more frequently while he is not on the floor with Tre Jones, yes he turns the ball over less by 2.4 but he also loses 1.35 assists per 100 possessions while doing that which is pretty much on par with his AST/TO.
