Hold on to it, keep it managed, and sell it later. Maybe put a couple of air bnb cabins on there to pay for the upkeep.

If it's being developed in the area, then there is a chance somebody may make you an incredible offer in the future.

Scrubhub really stood out to me. Easy to remember, hub give the impression of community, sounds friendly.

Bin bags keep the trash contained from the house right up till the point they're in the back of the bin truck. Loose trash ends up flying everywhere when bins are collected. I wouldn't want to tip loose rubbish straight into the bin. They help hide smells and stop critters going into bins, too.

Also, people aren't going to want bin juice in their dishwasher, good lord.

I think a collapsible, washable food compost bin (the little countertop ones) would be ok. Potential?

Her husband is right. If she has just opened her shop, she needs to focus on what she planned before considering expanding her inventory. She is risking failure if she doesn't focus.

You've done some foundational work for the project. Why not approach other bakeries and bake shops with your products?

Try moving into sports/therapy massage. Your wife could be rest/relaxation sort of massage, you can target people in to sports. I bet people who are having massages to improve performance are less bothered by male/female.

Ask politely for reimbursement as a goodwill gesture, taking into consideration your long-term working relationship.

If they're chilled about getting your payment late, I imagine they wouldn't be too bothered about $120.
