Jokes aside, I have a pair of Sundara. The sound is beautiful, but the build quality is just average.
About 6 months after using it, one of the screws on the side started to come off. It seemed like a pretty common issue. 12 months more later, the headstrap came off as well. Soon after that one of the ear pads got broken during another attempt to fix the screw issue…
So for my Sundara, it only lasted for about one year and a half. Technically I can still use it. But it would be too much hassle to buy new earpads and headstrap, and risk damaging other parts while fixing the headstrap.
How did OP grow three pairs of Hifiman on a tree?
