It appears that Steam had delisted the game in countries that PSN is not available in.

The cig is a nice touch.
Same, I didn't expect to see one where I live. Luckily I was in my car, because I screamed. It also had a weighted tag for towing, funnily enough.
It may be higher for two reasons. First thing I thought of, they're accounting for Play Store/iOS fees. Second, I guarantee there's loads more mobile users they can make a few more pennies off of.

I took one and it made me sick, so I didn't take the rest. They're still in my medicine cabinet and won't ever be touched, I'm sure. No one has come after me for it.

They mostly are. Occasionally I'll get a few that are from the next area code over, even less occasionally I'll get them from completely different states.
It would be my luck that blocking a range of numbers would block something important.
