Yeah that's totally fair, all really good players. I just think Rudy's case is a lot more than "Absolutely not wtf lol"

Could make a case.
He's a 3x DPOY and 4x All-NBA player. Since the merger the only other NBA players with more All-NBA teams while averaging under 15ppg for their careers are Stockton, Nash, Kidd and Ben Wallace.
Using statmuse I was able to come up with this.
Most All-NBA Appearances amongst NBA Hall of Famers who averaged under 15ppg in their career:
- Stockton, 11x.
- Nash, 7x.
- Kidd, 6x.
- Ben Wallace, 5x.
Clyde Drexler's offensive rebounding numbers
Every DPOY in the last 15 or so years has been on a top 3 DRTG team to my knowledge
Jaren Jackson Jr
Umm yeah but what about the game prior when he had a block, a fastbreak dunk and a 10 foot jump shot.
Wait what do you mean he had 8 points on 4/8 and 8 turnovers in 30 minutes in that game?
Funny you mention Dirk being a top 3-5 scorer in NBA history as a reason to rank him over Karl too.
Malone never won a scoring title but finished runner up 5 times. (Finished 3rd three times, 4th twice and 5th three times). As a point of reference that’s 13 seasons in the top 5 for PPG, Dirk Nowitzki finished top 5 for PPG once.
Malone top 5 in PPG 13x. Dirk top 5 in PPG 2x.
Nowitzki's best scoring season (26.6PPG in 2005-06) would be Malone's 10th highest scoring season!
Malone, 27.0+ PPG, 8x. Dirk, 27.0+ PPG, 0x.
