Obviously you cie still have some potential to grow and you are not the only one to see it…..

The real question is : does it still make you proud and happy to operate it? If the answer is yes then it is a no brainer …. Just keep it and reassess in a few years.

If the answer is no then…. Still a no brainer just different decision to make.

Yes sleeping 8 hours a night is overrated…. But yes.

But some people only learn how to swim when thrown in the water.

I started like it, a few years back with that same idea ….keep working full time and getting my business started at night and also on week-end. After a few days my former boss heard about it. knowing I was going to be competition, he fired me on the spot…. He told me to clean my office and leave. I had two young kids and debts… I had to explain my wife, who was full time mom, and me the only provider, the day I had and the situation we were in.

Anyways the following day I started hustling full time to get it running asap. And working 70 hours a week. In retrospect getting fired was the best thing that could happen to me.

I had to learn swimming much faster, with no safety net.

I am a salesman too… all entrepreneurs are…. But not all salesman are entrepreneur.

I don’t know who need to hear this but not all activities you do, makes you an entrepreneur……

If you are trying to make money in a field where 1 person out of 10000 make money you are not an entrepreneur. They are the best at what they do and you try to imitate them that is all.

My 11 years old son play hockey he is good but not a star ……. His dream is to play in the NHL one day……When he plays he is not creating a business…. even if he has a chance on 10000 to succeed ….. he plays hockey.

You try to become a professional trader on forex or daytrade the stock market? You try to build an online store on facebook selling someone else’s shit. It is called a hobby not creating a business. And hobby can make some money, so if you like it why not…. But you are not an entrepreneur.

If you are in one of those network marketing shit, the person who created the thing is an entrepreneur….. you sell someone else shit…. You are a salesmen. Nothing wrong with that by the way. Just not the same label.

Please stop identifying yourself as an entrepreneur if you are not one….. it is annoying for the people who really took some risk to get where they are and are creating value on a day to day basis.

service business here: Both !! what people want to buy for volume and consistency and what I want to sell for fun and profitability.

To have several different products/services/ niche also allow you to diversify income and minimize risk.
