Junk hauling, trash cans in and out on trash day (I live in a bougie neighborhood where people would pay for this), scooping dog poop, cleaning trash cans, cleaning gutters, pressure washing, dog walking, pet sitting, house sitting, leaf blowing, grass cutting, landscape trimming

I live in an area with a large homeschool community and people pay a lot for art classes of any type. Once a week for an hour, ten kids or so, you can charge about 150 per month. 1500 for four hours is not bad.

I’d hire you! I wish someone would also just do true WHOLE home maintenance. I want someone to change my air filters, smoke alarm batteries, clean out vents, all that good stuff so I can take it off my mental list.

I always say, what other people think of me is none of my business. I simply do not care what anyone thinks. I don’t ask. They don’t tell. Also, if someone isn’t with you, doing what you do, or doing the same thing better- they really have no right to an opinion.

This is a great question, and where I live someone has a service for just that. It seems to do well. Another guy teaches student drivers, and has an entire fleet of cars with instructors now.
