Eh web design is so cheap these days it's not something I would ever entertain. I have no desire to make a website no matter how easy it is. I rather pay someone on fiverr $250 which is what I did for my current site.
The problem is here potential.
Potential is too subjective.
I own a website, does that mean I'm a potential buyer for web design and SEO? No. I have 0 desires and intentions to make that purchase at this time.
Getting in front of high intent customers is better than potential. Anybody is technically potential, but if they have zero need for your solution, then who cares.
In nov, probably 15k profit. Starting in August. Hoping to double this in another 3 months.

You need to learn the skill first. Go get a job with one of your "competitors" and learn everything you can.
Tbh, people with rolls royce, they only want the best. Money is not the issue with these folks. So they will usually go to the most experienced person in their city.
