I have landed my first client, starting my business in profit, ~60% gross margin, to a business that can easily scale with just a few clients to $300,000 per year of profit... but it took months and years to acquire the knowledge to do this, a lot of work, and relationships that I wouldn't have otherwise developed if I didn't suffer the corporate grind with a college degree... and still more work to come. Ideally, I can sell this business in a few years for multiples.

I am having difficulty finding virtual assistant via upwork to do basic shit... they fuck shit up, either intentionally to add time to the sheet or are really ineffective... I can't imagine paying $10/hr for what I'm asking but I might do it.... One tried to renegotiate terms (extort) in the middle of a gig, I fired him on the spot, no pay... Another, I think she's just completely half ass'ing or idiotic, but I told her that I would not pay her for the work that I have to correct, she did not follow instructions, and I'm giving her a chance to review and resubmit before I fire her... I'm getting sick of this but need to find a solution in order to scale. How do you guys do it?

The sad reality of boomers is that they were the most mediocre generation produced by the most extraordinary amount of financial stimulus known to history… they literally could not fail…. If you were a complete moron, you could still work 40-60 hours a week, finance a home purchase, and build a portfolio over 30-40 years to be now a multi-millionaire… No Vietnamese, no depression… nothing stood in their way except for a few market downturns which lasted no longer than a few years and even then the purchasing power was still good…
