Not to mention it's so high up and the hood is so massive, you can't see the ground for like 10 feet in front of it.

Why is it that when I write on Googles keyboard on my phone and misspell something it has no idea what I am trying to write but if I Google the same word it knows instantly what the word is? in c/nostupidquestions@lemmy.world

Autocorrect has gotten worse and worse. I can transpose two letters and it won't suggest the right word, but it'll suggest the right word with an apostrophe and an S that makes no sense. It's not wonder so many people think plurals need apos'trophe's.

The rest of the world is building subways like crazy. The U.S. has pretty much given up in c/urbanism@slrpnk.net

but if I ride the subway, I won't need to buy a $50,000 ginormous pickup truck I won't ever use for any actual truck stuff!
