How? Cutler had all the physical tools and should have been elite but was just average/to above average. Allen has been a top 5 QB for like 3 years now.

Barkley is not the best rb that comes from this class.
I would say this is accurate, Nick Chubb was basically always better outside of rookie year.
Their OL is built to pass protect, not run block.
Coaching in football is very stressful and tiring with the amount of hours they have to put in. It isn't like coaching basketball where you just come in and collect a check and go home.
