Decades of speed increases in hardware, yet software is slower than ever because we're wasting it on JavaScript.

But colored folders!

No, none of this is based on logic. It's just words, like LLM words; it means nothing.

Have you seen Frieren? Demons only talk to confuse. They have no moral values. They appeal to ours only to not be killed, but it's a ruse every time.

The same is true for fascists. None of this makes sense. It only serves to confuse, delay, obstruct, until they get what they want. They string together words so that our brains go brrr, but they're infants babbling sounds. Stop talking to them as equals, they don't see you as one. They see us as prey, as slaves, as livestock. And most don't realize they're livestock, too.

I get you were being sarcastic. I'm just mad.

Damn Hondurans! I don't know what countries are or where I live, or what they have to do with this story, but those Hondurans sure do suck!

I want to see you recite a haiku while the car is burning. Can't think of one? Maybe relying on knowledge instead of intuition isn't such a great idea.

People have died in front of emergency escape doors that are slide to open instead of push because of air pressure, so expecting people to find a little loop under a plastic cover in the door compartment during an emergency is asinine. Which is the case for Tesla Y, btw.

Also, Windows is catching up on the breaking of things, while Linux has improved dramatically. At least some distros are incredibly stable.

Fair enough. I didn't consider not voting (or third party for that matter) as an option, but, as you say, that's my subconscious bias.

I'd love that, too. Immich has more fine grained user control on their timeline, though.

They don't think that at all. It's Trump by default and Harris has to convince to switch. It's an unfair emotional battle. All of these opinions were "Harris not good enough, therefore Trump", and Trump never had to clear the 'good enough' bar.

It's also pretty hard to point to things and go "see? remember the thing we did 10 years ago? this is the effect it had!"

Many of Biden's policies will come to fruition during the next term and Trump will falsely claim responsibility because he can point to it right away.

That was the joke.

Hokay, so.

Here's the earth.
