Per capita emissions can only be calculated in relation to the total population. It's a required part of the formula.

Basically, I'd much prefer a world where 4 billion people get to live a life where pointless 'for fun' things like travel or going to a ski resort are ok emissions wise. I don't at all want a world where 20 billion people have the same amount of emissions at the 4 billion mentioned above, but with 5x less resource use per person.

What total world population do you feel is reasonable while also maintaining some semblance of quality of life?

I'm not treating it as sex Ed at all. It's entertainment, like an action movie or something. Not at all realistic. Which is why it's so important that trusted adults explain this to them.

And yes, I want them to be a bit traumatized by the Holocaust. I agree in teens is where it is appropriate, but it is still traumatizing. That's the point.

In my Canadian province, a mandatory deposit has been in place since 1970. I didn't even realize this wasn't standard elsewhere.

I am so so so thankful that MAID permitted one of parents to die with dignity. The only alternative was them offing themselves about 6 months earlier. I am forever grateful for those extra 6 months that I had to spend time with them.

Everyone told me this would be impossible. It wasn't. It was extremely easy.

I loved Sync for Reddit as an app. But I already was seeing Reddit go downhill even before they killed the apps, that just sealed the deal for me. I was a digg refugee so sadly I've been through this before already.
