Didn't Allen start only a handful of games his first year?

Out of all active QB's Josh Allen gets the 2nd most RTP calls per game in c/nfl@nfl.community

Now, I'm willing to admit, Josh does have some flops(egregious ones too), but is it possible that because he is such a huge running threat on top of being so big that you need to be a bit more rough to get him down, resulting in more calls?
