That's like handing out the condom that was used by your country to f--k you in the a-- for your entire life.

Hard pass.

The 24 meter version is running in Trondheim, Norway. They currently have 58 busses, and are planning to increase with more routes. The city has plenty of narrow streets and a few steep hills, but it doesn't seem to be a problem unless the weather is extreme in the winter.

I've got a ID4 and they are all capacitive buttons. It makes a tactile vibration when engaged.

I hate my car. Nice to drive, but awful to use.

I love Venn diagrams, because venn means friend in my language

I had the HTC Desire Z back in the day, with a full qwerty keyboard underneath the screen. It was awesome to write on, but it lacked performance.

As soon as I saw that weirdly proportioned wide eyed actress, I knew this was going to be a bad one. Charlize Theron did well as Furiosa, but I can't picture Anya Taylor-Joy portraying Furiosa in a believable way.

Artificial Intelligence is a bad word for this technology. Why are we not using the proper name for it? Machine Learning. Its not intelligent, and it might not be for a long time. Feed it crap, and you'll receive crap.

I agree. Because of this, I actually changed carrier to one that was cheaper, had better coverage and free eSIM.

I tried to transfer my eSIM from my old S21 to my new S24 the other day. It failed miserably. My carrier charges me $10 for a new eSIM (which i think is way too much for a digital service). Transferring eSIMs sounds like a good idea if it works, but might not be endorsed by carriers that earn large profits from the service.

Because journalists aren't aeronerds.

Even if this might sound crazy to some, it doesn't sure me at all. Industries are not upgrading systems just for fun. It's only done when it is absolutely necessary.

I've worked with systems running in windows 95. On laptops so old they didn't have USB. The only way to transfer new files to it was to use serial link (we didn't have floppy drives). What did that ancient computer do? Communicate with subsea control systems for oil wells.

If you use Sync for Lemmy, you can add filters that removes certain topics of your choosing.
