What is with this Chicago teams inability to play in the first half but insane play in the second half?

You have to watch the games to understand how important Suggs is for our team. His defense is top tier and constantly making plays like this.

The biggest question with Fultz now is what can we get for him? Anyone willing to give a late first or will we settle for a second? Maybe a good expiring at the deadline.
