Too bad the development speed makes a snail look fast

I replied to a post of yours discussing Pass, not a browser.

You might think it is, but it's clearly an integral part of a software suite. Whether it's the Apple ecosystem, Google, Microsoft, or Proton, it's a popular preference for the sake of convenience.

They were legally obligated to. There is so much misinformation surrounding that "controversy."

I would appreciate it! Having all thumbnails visible at once is what every video platform defaults to. Youtube, Pornhub, etc. I don't want to have to hover every single thumbnail just to see if I'm interested in the video.

Why are the thumbnails so hard to see unless you hover over a specific one?

A lot of these recommendations are for advanced gamers.

Some more entry level games include Portal and journey.

Slay the spire is also excellent if you like card games.

I mean... You could be paranoid about any app doing that

Are there any easy to set up home assistants that are privacy friendly?

Them being nonprofit has nothing to do with the pursuit of marketshare. Plenty of nonprofits want to maximize marketshare. Them being nonprofit means they are mission-driven.

And what is that mission?

Per the Signal Foundation's website:

Protect free expression and enable secure global communication through open source privacy technology.

I want to self host in order to run Nextcloud, Firefly III, Home Assistant, maybe Photoprism, and maybe a couple other things down the line. And I want it to be fast and with low maintenance.

What would be the best thing for me? PikaPods? Can synology servers run those apps?

I want a program, preferably through an app, that applies the principles of progressive overload to ab routines that does not require equipment.

What do you recommend?

Lets say I can buy 200 of something for $20. but for $60, I can buy 750 of them. How can I quantify the money saved as cost per unit?

I've been lifting consistently for about 18 months. In that time, I did 5/3/1 for Beginners and GCZLP.

I can squat 200 5x3, bench 145 5x3. I do lower weight deadlifts because I hurt my lower back last year doing them. I avoid overhead pressing because of right shoulder impingement.

I do accessory exercises as well.

I find myself getting bored doing these exercises. I want to continue to build muscle and strength, but I am not sure what to do.

I like to run but I am working through an injury so I am progressing slowly to get back to where I was a year ago.

What do you suggest I do?

Additionally, In order to not overwhelm the largest Lemmy instances, I opted to register with a smaller one. Should I apply the same logic to mastodon.social and the other large instances?

Thanks!

The first alpha was just released and is only available on Github at the moment. The dev has been active in contributing to Geometric Weather after the main developer of it disappeared. It looks like he decided to just fork it and make his own thing!
