So what’s left to differentiate them? That they don’t serve food other than pretzels? That’s a big selling point?

We will soon find out with Southwest. They are moving to assigned seats because they think many travelers are avoiding them due to their open seating. However they may find that their most loyal customers no longer have a good reason to choose Southwest. Time will tell.

I’d like to see some airline adopt a seat + weight pricing. You pay a base fee and then you’re weighed with your luggage.

It’s been super reliable. Perhaps at 10 years old they’re extrapolating the failure curve and worried about many more fires.

Different use case. I used this one for hiking the pacific crest trail in 2016, and a few other hikes since. Amazingly, the power banks haven’t even gotten much lighter than this model, and those that are lighter are less reliable. It would be nice is NiMH could match the energy density of lithium, but it’s hard to compete with the lightest solid element.

What about the Costco credit card? Not only does it have a photo but it requires an official credit check.

Basically your lower back near the spine doesn’t get a ton of blood to heal itself. I’ve been doing back bends once or twice a week and my low back pain went away after about 6 months.

Yoga was the start of my wife’s back problems. Too much flexibility and not enough strength.

Light physical activity outdoors, eating well, maybe some intermittent hypoxic breathwork.

Per 100 mL. Most people drink 300-500 mL, and many people get fewer than 15g of fiber daily. 3-4g of fiber is nothing to scoff at. It’s a good daily habit.
