The two softboxes for $100 with a CFL bulb inside them won't even touch the sides of the power you need. If you're an experienced event photographer, why can't you just put one or two of your speedlights on stands with a brolly and use that? 90% of the look, 40% of the effort.

If you want to spend big, Profoto or Broncolor. If you don’t, Godox. If you don’t care, Yongnuo.

MPB regularly mis describe kit. It appears they cannot keep up with the volume of kit they’re getting through the door. I bought a lens from them that doesn’t focus to infinity - how doesn’t their “extensive testing” pick that up!

Semi-normal with big companies and usually the pay takes it into account. They can’t be arsed trying to track down the owner of an image if they want to use it in another part of the world and want to reduce risk of you objecting to use somewhere down the line. Easier to just do a buyout. Build it into the fee. Some creative orgs (RSC for example) are getting backlash over it but still common with some corporates.

FastRawViewer costs $20 one off and can be used to cull really quick before you edit. Would recommend as that’ll shave some time off.

Look at the other graphs. Best noise performance and colour depth is also at lower ISOs

The dual ISO is for video in order to capture maximum dynamic range when using LOG profiles. It’s got little to no relevance for stills photography, unless you’re shooting stills in log. Max DR for stills is usually at 100, with the R5 sensor it’s 50 according to our friends at DxO.
