Doesn't have to become federal. You could use a VPN and say you're in California. They will probably just start assuming all requests are valid Californian. It's quite possible California just changed the world.

It's a convenient service that is in some places better or cheaper than hotels. It helps me make extra income after I added some ADUs to my property. I think it's great.

Because if it can do that it can plug into a TV for playing content, but Google wants to keep you in the casting ecosystem.

So you're comparing a $400 portable to a $3k 1000 watt desktop?

Yeah, if you have that desktop and a steam controller, that's going to play better at home. If you want to play portably, or anywhere in your house like in bed next to your wife, the deck is excellent. You could even stream locally from you PC to the deck while laying in bed.
