Greatest Show on Turf, and I say that as a Rams fan. That was my favorite football team ever but they would classify as a finesse team (although no football team is really a finesse team). Early 90s run and shoot Oilers maybe? Late 80s SF?

Good points, David Tepper … errr, random Reddit guy. I think I’ll reevaluate my negative opinion of him.

But the all the bloggers and journalists were so happy the NFL was finally getting a progressive owner!?!?

These ticky-tack holding calls during pass coverage are driving me nuts this yr. And yeah, I don’t understand why the DBs keep doing it, lots of them have negligible impact anyway, but good lord, the amount of drives extended for very very little actual disruption of a route

Dolphins-Niners would be sweet. Ravens-Eagles.

I don’t like the interviews or Eli’s ‘comedy’ although I confess I stopped watching due to that a while back; maybe things have changed. I enjoyed it for the kind of in depth in game situational analysis that you wouldn’t find anywhere else. Peyton is very articulate and comfortable; he’s a natural. Also, not afraid to be critical. I found that a lot of that analysis was getting short circuited by Eli’s peanut-butter mouth comments and stupid jokes and most of the guests were boring
