Not the case at all in my experience. I've emailed support with questions before buying and they've provided specifics on hardware models and part numbers.

Thelio doesn’t resume from suspend (alien.top)
 

I received and installed a brand new Thelio. I was unable to get it to resume after suspend. I see some posts about this issue, but no definite resolution. Does anyone know of a fix for this? If I disable suspend in the Pop system settings, will that help and what is the impact, it is the machine never going to sleep?

About moving to Arch, I have a Mira on order and I'm strongly considering not using Pop for very long after playing it in a VM for a week or so. I don't care for the “bubble gum” look and feel, and this will be my work machine so I'm looking elsewhere.

I don't think Arch would be good for a work machine, although I enjoy using Arch on my personal gear.

Was it something about Pop that made you switch?
