See, it's a good question! I looked it up, but didn't find a firm answer. As far as I could figure, they:
- eventually freeze, crack open, and thaw
- get stepped on by a heavy animal (they are eaten by ducks & beavers)
- clunking around the bottom of a river/pond, letting the sand wear it down.
All conjecture, but I don't know!
I mean, moving the whole solar system just makes sense at a certain level of energy expenditure - if you are already generating enough power to do interstellar travel, might as well take the whole house with you. Sucks if you live here and don't like the new travel direction of the system though, I guess. Find a new solar system to live in at that point?
Sure! My answer may or may not be useful but go for it!
Hi, have you followed the basic setup guide?
If you are less tech savvy the docker installation might be the way to go for Piefed.
Each instance already has the capability of fully changing the logo and branding:
Federation is also controllable, you can just not federate, or block all:

As for the cloudflare tunnel, you should be able to set up an application that points to your local installation.
Finally, if you like the dev installation you set up, and want to move it to production, you can follow this guide , but I'd probably just create a new fresh instance.

One by one, the free gardens of Pan-Gaea fell to the power of the Grapefruit, but there were some who resisted. A last alliance of citrus and citron marched against the armies of Florida, and on the very swamps of Ever Glade, they fought for the freedom of Pan-Gaea. Victory was near, but the power of the furanco courmarin could not be undone. It was in this moment, when all hope had faded, that Tangelo, son of the king, took up his father’s rootstock.
I checked it out! I'll probably hop in intermittently as the crafting urge strikes.
Thanks for putting it up!
