I prepared for hard times while I was working in tech before moving abroad - managed to save just shy of £150k.

I spent 2 further years in Thailand but working full time for a UK company earning ok money.

Lost my job in September and haven't earned a penny since. I know I will never find a real DN job again, so in an effort to remain abroad I'm trying to become a WordPress website designer.

No luck so far in finding paying clients, but I'm at the beginning. At least I've got my savings to help me out.

Hope it will improve.

You plan to work UK hours? Not at all good longer term, trust me. Your social life will be non existent end that's not good.if you're teaching you'll be on shit money and won't be able to save anything, basically living off your savings. Teaching in Vietnam is a lot more lucrative, although it's not as nice a place to live as Thailand. Getting a real DN job is almost impossible, so you've got some choices to make.

Utter disgrace. I guess they couldn't have one of the big boys not qualify. They've set the rules up nicely to determine the games I'm such a brazen manner and offer no recourse to those on the receiving end. Disgusting.

9 possibly 10 games out for him and van de Ven. That's going to hurt any club, and especially Spurs since these are among their two best players. Spurs should be looking for top four anyway and I think they can still get it what with no European football.
