More Jets play, this Hail Mary or the Butt Fumble?

QBR was effectively ESPN seeing what PFF does and saying “I want that” and assigning an unpaid intern to come up with the calculation.
The Jets FO needs to start taking their jobs seriously and stop being the same old Jets. They built an offense out of Randall Cobb, Allen Lazard, a proven bad playcaller, and a miserable offensive line but were sold on the high of "Aaron will come in and fix everything and save all of our jobs". Their team is ran like they just put out a reddit poll.
Can you explain why you want the GM gone? I keep seeing this and I can’t really follow the logic besides “we are losing, fire everyone”. The biggest mistake he has made is keeping that veteran group together for a year too long which, with Aaron Rodgers, is an easy mistake to make. He has drafted well and signed quality free agents while being strapped for cap space. A first round receiver three years ago does not change where they are at now.
The play calling this year seems to indicate that he actually has no belief in the Panthers roster
Worst performance today: Packers run defense, Levi Wallace, referees, or Gene?
Reich is speedrunning his way into becoming my least favorite coach in the league, no having his guys’ backs, no picking up his players, no steady hand. This is a really bad, young team who needs that type of thing. Instead Frank is just walking in, throwing down a playbook from the 90s and then is shocked pikachu face when they have one win on the year.
I refuse to believe Carolina fans watch their team every week, I honestly don’t know how you could still be alive if you did. That was disgusting
“Willing to give up playcalling” is the death knell for head coaches
Let's say he does come back, Zach Wilson can actually move and got sacked six times last game. Rodgers would get feasted on
BJ Raji, said he was going to take some time off and then just vanished
Douglas needs to draw a line in the sand this offseason and establish that he is in charge of this team. Losing Rodgers is just part of the problem. Douglas threw his hands up and let him make any net negative personnel decision he wanted to for coaches and players. It became the Aaron Rodgers traveling circus instead of an actual team and it is showing. Plenty of teams have started backup quarterbacks and have converted on third down.
