How specific are you being with the video?

Ideally, you provide creators with a brief with guidelines on things like what phrases to use and anything that could help them (images, hooks), without being specific enough to limit their creativity/creator potential.

Seems like you have an expectations problem, and if you still have 29 days to go and are getting 5 submissions a day, you can just wait and see if it gets better. 80/20.

If your stickiness index is over 30% then your app is healthy AF (Daily Active Users/Monthly Active Users).

There are multiple ways to monetize an app:

  • Adsense/Admob or other ad networks.
  • Affiliate links
  • Paid placements from companies in the same industry -> I like this one the most as it's very flexible and you're usually paid a performance fee every month.
  • Microtransactions
  • Paid version -> If there's a feature that would make your users' lives much better, then go for this, it's low effort/high reward.

If you can provide more details about the app either through here or DMs I'll be happy to help.

I think you should lay off exactly what you want to create before approaching a dev.

In the comments you seem to give vague or rather simple explanations of what you want, and that's not going to work with a dev, and if it does, you'll waste a lot of time and money on the way.

Have you prepared a SRS document or something similar?

Do you have any hobbies, problems, or things you want to try?

Subreddits shouldn't be a problem once the landing page is ready; don't be afraid!

Looking forward to seeing it.

This is really cool - why don't you try showcasing the problem and then plugging your app as a complementary solution in personal finance subreddits?

Your landing page is solid for an MVP, although I'd love to see a prototype/demo. DM me if available!

I don't know what the product is so I guess it'd be down to how many units you are able to produce in such a short notice. Would you be able to produce $2M worth of product in one week if you had the money/they paid a rush fee?

Why are they not contacting you more weeks in advance?

Would it be easier to bring students if you had more/better consultants? Or to bring consultants if you had more students?

Consultants should be more interested in how much traffic you can bring to their doorstep because they already have a platform. A new platform means a new commitment, and if there's nothing feasible for them then there's no incentive to do so.
