100% the Omega MoonSwatch. I love Omega, probably my favorite brand. I also love space, and in theory (marketing), I loved the idea of a unique watch for each planet. Seemed like an inexpensive way to add an interesting piece.
I don't remember what I spent, but I think it was $1,000 at the height of the price gouging.
I was instantly disappointed with the quality. I don't know what I was thinking. I tend to like heavy weighted automatic watches. This is a super lightweight (plastic) quartz movement.
I bought the Saturn cause I thought it just looked the most unique. And most of my watches are SS and / or black, so I thought brown would be a nice alternative,
All that being said. I'd actually buy another. Like the black or grey ones. As a beater watch if I could get one for less than 250
Honestly. Grand Seiko SBGH 267. The hi-beat whirlpool dial. 20th anniversary. They only made 1,500
I'm only adding this because it's one of my 2 grail watches and it retailed for $6,300. Though now they are pretty comfortably around 10k.
