If you have 250 for a watch i strongly suggest you get a really cheap watch (like an F91 Casio) and save for something better, around 7-800.
That’s the range where watches start getting good (materials, movements, heritage…), while 300-400 is where you get the worst value for money imo, you basically get glorified 100$ watches.
