The original HE6 is a headphone that many look out for today, unfortunately a lot of them are dead now and theyre only about 10 years old. There is no way to fix them, not even hifiman has the tools themselves to manufacturer new ones. The foam dampening used on the inside will crumble over time, the diaphragms also stretch and break, copper connectors oxidize and turn green list of problems goes on...... Go back earlier in time and the hifiman he5's wood body cracks over time.
