Typical Star Trek episode with brutality against Red Shirts. j/k

From the moment Gamble tried to touch the M'Kroon and chat him up I knew he was going to be a problem on the away team.

The ancient text overlaying in Sick Bay was very reminiscent of the Sphere taking over Discovery. I do not think this is the last we will be seeing the Vezda.

The premise was good, but it suffered the camp of the scooby-doo style animation of TAS.

This week was not as Trekful as last week was, but being caught up on SNW has given us the freedom to explore more Trek!

Throughout my wife's journey into Trek, Voyager has remained her favorite, so we started watching it again. We switched our Paramount+ from Prime to standalone, but we forgot to check where we were in Voyager first.

I know we had watched False Profits, so we started with s3e6 Remember, we also watched e7 Sacred Ground, e8 Future's End, and started e9 Future's End II.

We also got in a little more TAS, s1e2 Yesteryear, and s1e3 One of Our Planets Is Missing.

We balanced TAS with some LD, s3e6 the deep space nine one, my wife has never seen ds9 so there was some explaining to be done.

We also watched the new SNW, which was a lot of fun. I have only seen STVI once, maybe twice, and the revelation about Spock being descended from Arthur Conan Doyle.

And from what I have read elsewhere, the cashiers hate it.

it turns out there are some billionaires and Wall Street CEOs who can’t stand the idea of a mayor who wants them to pay their fair share to create a city that everyone can afford.
