Not sure what kind of store you work for, but maybe it’s because you want more fulfillment in how you spend the bulk of your day? I used to work in corporate law and it was easy work but everything was so mind numbing and soul sucking. I switched to non profit work and never looked back. Now, no matter what hurdles I experience, I still feel happy at work because what I do is helping the world.
