You can try changing eartips, unless you're sure that the IEM is already well-fitted in your ears. I used IEM for years but silicone tips were never for me. Shure olive tips are the ones for me. I can use them for hours without feeling itchy at all, plus they provide the best fit for my ears, giving the complete sound the IEMs are supposed to provide.
