Go to the Anomaly, behind and to the right of the Nexus missions hologram in the center, there's a small kiosk where you can start Expedition 2 Redux, finishing that will unlock the Normandy as a frigate for your freighter, even if you don't have one yet. You can claim it from the Quicksilver guy, who is just to the right of the aforementioned kiosk.

I've decided that I will post a meme for every episode of DS9. I am watching them for the first time, so hold on to your hats, people. I made one yesterday , so this makes day 2.
Obviously, I'm gonna watch more than one episode per day, but there may be some days when I just can't get to it, I do have a full time job (for whatever that's worth) and I might not be able to catch an episode.
