If it's a local band, it's likely not going to be much. You can ask them what their budget is to start, but I'm guessing a couple hundred at most. I also know these local bands don't make a heck of a lot so I've let these kinds of shots go for a nominal fee like $100 or so. I have a day job so not like I need the money and I like supporting the local bands.

The Insta cropping is totally annoying. I can post anything I like on FB in any aspect ratio and it gets posted in the native format. You think the geniuses at Insta could implement the same feature. They say the cropping is for consistency but I call BS....
