Only one second-team all-pro is a huge downside. That's a very thin resume. How many people in the HoF have a resume that thin? How many seasons of his career has he been a top 3 receiver?

Flores is undeniably a great defensive play caller. The defenses were great in NE, though of course Belicheck gets a lot of that credit. But what he's doing this year with a pretty untalented Vikings defensive is quite amazing.
