Charles Dickens wrote about it in the 19th century. It's oppression coupled with repression, resulting in depression.

That's a very competitive path, and the winner would be a deserving participant:

Kazakhstan had a shot at Slovenia to qualify outright.
Greece was robbed at home against the Netherlands and played France closely at the Stade de France.
Georgia drew with Norway and with Scotland and plays Abernathy adventurous football.
Luxembourg beat Bosnia home and away, beat Iceland, and drew with Slovakia.

I think that Greece is a favorite, but not by much.

It's clear that the players who went there have dropped their level of competitiveness and quality when they come back to play for their national team. Lebanon Robinson (what was his name?) Is rubbish, Nimmer (what was his face?) is a step or two slower, and even Chris Ronaldinho (is that the guy?) is quite bad, comparatively.
So Kanté's preference to play in the big derby between Al Gore and Al Yankovic is actually pathetic.
