Nothing in the article suggests Farrage is going to lose this election, or even that the stunt has failed per-say. He's still getting invites to TV shows in order to regurgitate is fascist agitprop. There's no indication that the Labour government will pursue prosecution in a way that would disqualify him from high office. And Reform UK remains poised to sweep Parliament regardless of the BinFace vanity campaign
